Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Malaysia (West & East). Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our mailing box to be first to know when we are open to our international friends!

How much do I need to pay for the postage?

Postage to West Malaysia: RM8 / parcel

Postage to East Malaysia: RM12 / parcel

FREE West Malaysia Shipping for orders above RM100 and East Malaysia for RM150

What courier company are you using?

Our default shipping companies are DHL eCommerce, Pgeon Delivery, and Poslaju. If only a specific courier service is available in your area, please drop us a DM on Instagram or email us at hello@elkproject.co!

Can I change my address after I drop my order?

Yes. Drop us a DM or email us at hello@elkproject.co and provide us with your Order ID and new delivery address. 

How many days do I need to wait for the delivery?

Ready Stock Items

Once you make your purchase, we will ship out the order within 1-2 days and you shall receive your parcel in the next 1-4 working days for West Malaysia; 2-6 working days for East Malaysia.

Back-order Items

Back-order items take 14-21 working days to arrive. Please refer to the date mentioned on the product page for an accurate time frame. The delivery time might be later than expected. Please make sure you are alright with the time frame before you make your order. 

Can I have my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number via email after the parcel is sent out.
