The item I received is torn / dirty / defected. | Items are exchangeable & returnable. Elk Project will bear all the postage fee. Please drop us a DM on Instagram within 7 working days after you receive your order with proof of images. If it is a severe defect case, we will refund you fully. |

Please drop us a DM on Instagram within 7 working days after you receive your order with proof of images. We will send out the right products within the next 3 working days after confirmation (depend on stock availability). |
