Are all your items ready stock?

Yes, unless it states pre-order/backorder in the product description.

How do I make my order?

You may drop your order on our website. Simply add your preferred item to the cart. Make sure you choose the right size and color! 

Do I need to create an account to make my order?

Yes! By creating an account, you may trackback your order status after you make your payment.

How do I create an account?

Simply click the human icon on the top right of the header bar. Fill in your email and password and you're all done. 

What will happen to my order if I didn't pay?

All unpaid orders will be canceled after 3 days without prior notice.

How can I make my payment?

There are two ways to make your payment with us:

Online Banking supported by Billplz

By clicking checkout, you will be directed to our payment page. You can choose your preferred bank by paying us seamlessly on our website. We accept transfer payment from Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, Ambank, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, Bank Rakyat, BSN, HSBC Bank, Kuwait Finance House, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered, and UOB Bank. 

Bank Transfer

If you prefer to bank in us manually, please send us the banking slip with your Order ID after you make your payment. You may send us the banking slip through our Instagram DM or reply to the order confirmation email we sent. 

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order after I make my payment?

Ready Stock Items

Once you make your purchase, we will ship out the order within 1-2 days. You shall receive your parcel in the next 1-4 working days (West Malaysia), or 2-6 working days (East Malaysia).

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items take 14-21 working days to arrive. Please refer to the date mention on the product page for an accurate time frame. The delivery time might be later than expected. Please make sure you are alright with the time frame before you make your order. 

How much do I need to pay for the postage?

Postage to West Malaysia: RM8 / parcel

Postage to East Malaysia: RM12 / parcel

FREE West Malaysia Shipping for orders above RM100 and East Malaysia for RM150
